Sandi has been residing in HARFIELD VILLAGE, CLAREMONT, for the past 11 years. Sandi started her real estate career whilst still residing in Pinelands, where she was a resident agent. She passed her board exams and was accredited with her CEA in 1993. She also holds a Diploma in Marketing Management.

Sandi left the Real Estate Industry for a time to pursue a career in Corporate Sales. She always yearned to get back into Real Estate, but decided she would only do so when she could open her own Agency. In April 2011 Sandi completed her NQF LEVEL 5, the new qualification which all Principal Estate Agents need to complete by 2013 in order to continue practicing.

Sandi believes that property sales are very much about relationship building and personality profiling as much as the actual property transaction itself.

In July 2011, Sandi’s niece Lindi Dickson joined the company to serve her compulsory 1 year Internship and qualify with her NQF 4 LEVEL CERTIFICATE. Lindi has already attended the intern training courses and completed her NQF LOGBOOKS. Lindi lived in the United Kingdom for 15 years where she qualified and worked as a Recruitment Consultant in London. Lindi will be SANDI DICKSON PROPERTIES Resident Agent in Kirstenhof where she lives and will also represent the company in Lakeside and Tokai, where Sandi has already expanded her business.
